Are produced by Apple Macintosh computer and printed using the
CMYK four colour process

		QUARK XPRESS : X-press files must be accompanied by
		all pictures and fonts (postscript or true type) used.
		ADOBE PHOTOSHOP : All Photoshop, EPS or JPEG files must
		be 300 dots per inch minimum and must be converted to
		CMYK or Greyscale.PDF files are also accepted. a Print out
		must be supplied.
		NO FILM TO BE SENT Bromides can only be used to scan
		from.
		TEXT DOCUMENTS WORD or QUARK XPRESS . We can also
		scan any photographs. We can accept CD or Zip Discs (Mac Format).

Buy and Rent Commercial will be direct mailed to 10,000 of the UK
and Ireland's business leaders placing commercial properties directly
on the desk of the decision makers. Our aim is to help increase
awareness and generate interest in commercial property throughout
the UK and Ireland by keeping commercial property high on the
agenda allowing both agents to promote their properties and the
business community to find the right properties.

Each edition in Euro Format Full Colour Gloss will run for 8 weeks

All advertising will be for a minimum of 3 issues except
under special circumstances where it will be charged 1 page
1 issue @ £895.

All costs are subject to vat
